Safety Standards & Child Protection Policy
At Simterest, we are committed to protecting all users—especially minors—from child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We strictly prohibit any content, behavior, or communication that involves child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or endangers the safety of children in any form.
Our Safety Standards
- Strict prohibition of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Immediate suspension and reporting of accounts involved in harmful or exploitative behavior.
- Real-time automated and manual monitoring to detect violations.
- Mandatory age verification and identity checks to prevent underage usage.
- Zero-tolerance enforcement for grooming, exploitation, and inappropriate contact.
- Routine audits and updates to safety systems based on global child protection guidelines.
CSAM Prevention Practices
We use a combination of technical systems, staff moderation, and compliance procedures to prevent, detect, and report CSAM:
- AI-assisted scanning for CSAM indicators on uploaded media.
- Mandatory real-human selfie verification for account creation (if enabled).
- Immediate removal and escalation of suspicious accounts or content.
- Reporting of confirmed CSAM cases to national and international authorities.
- Secure handling of user data during safety investigations.

Users can report any harmful, abusive, or suspicious behavior directly through the in-app reporting tools or by contacting our safety team.
